What are the sizes for the gift bags?
Stone & West gift bags are available to purchase with your order. Each bag is 8inx2in. Gift bags will be included in your order and will include tissue paper.
When will I get my order?
Custom/personalized orders will take 2-3 weeks to ship after ordering. Other items that do not require customization are held in our Atlanta-area warehouse and will ship within 1-2 business days after ordering.
Why am I seeing "Paradox & West" in some of the reviews?
The name Paradox & West was our company name prior to recent rebranding in early 2025. While we have updated our branding across most areas of the website, some older reviews may still display our previous company name. Rest assured, despite the name change, our commitment to providing exceptional quality and customer service remains unchanged.
